To access the full range of jilace services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jilace platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilace login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. jilace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-regulated payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and Philippine-issued debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount on jilace is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. jilace does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jilace aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. jilace reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts held in your own name.
The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on the jilace platform and must not be used for deposits or withdrawals: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card gambling deposits (which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations). Any attempt to use prohibited payment methods may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilace platform shall first be submitted to jilace's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
