• Game providers: Licensed game software providers whose games are available on the jilace platform, to the extent necessary for game operation and dispute resolution;
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine government authorities, where required by law or regulatory obligation;
• IT and security service providers: Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention vendors engaged by jilace under strict data processing agreements;

5. Data Retention

jilace retains your personal information for as long as your account is active and for such additional periods as are required by applicable law or regulation. Specific retention periods include:

• Account and KYC records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines;
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5 ) years following the date of the transaction;
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction;
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent or for three (3) years from the date of last interaction, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilace will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the platform to function, including session management and security tokens. These cannot be disabled;
